    The engineer knew straight away what was the problem and see to correct it before the timeline.

    Boiler installation

    I contacted Sam in an emergency and he immediately arranged to look at the boiler for me. His diagnosis was through and very accurate and he was able to present me with my options. Once I decided that installing a new boiler was the best option a new one was supplied and fitted within 24 hours! Sam was punctual, professional, knowledgeable. His communication was honest, direct and polite and his work neat and efficient. I will definitely continue to use his services and would highly recommend him.

    Boiler wasn’t supplying hot water - water pressure fault

    Samuel was really helpful - he identified the problem quickly and resolved it so we now have hot water again! Great communication as well when he was held up in traffic.
