  After experiencing some leaks from the roof / gutters, Sam was able to book us in relatively quickly. Sam’s team removed Finlock guttering and replaced all the degraded felt and batons completing the works to a high standard whilst being very considerate and respectful. I would recommend, and use Sam in the future.

  It wasn't a great experience, but the work was eventually completed to an acceptable level, after 2 return visits. Poor time keeping and communication. Sam gave the quote and told me how qualified and good he was, yet he didn't do any of the work, and his labourers weren't as qualified, and worked under dangerous conditions. I also found the 4yr guarantee a bit concerning, as every other roofer I spoke to gave at least 10yrs.
