Gutter Cleaning and Repointing of Ridge Tiles

Dealt with leaking bay window flat roof. Painted whole of dining room including water damaged area.
The finish was good as new and could not be faulted. No problems cropped up. It was my daughter's house, so a nice touch was that Sam came to start the work with his girlfriend. No work carried out
Can,t comment on the standard of work, as he never turned up, despite his promises that he doesn't let people down. Was suppose to start job on Tue 5 Dec, but said he had family emergency, promised to start following day, but never turned up, no phone call or text. Had a plumber and joiner booked to start after completion of wallpapering, had to cancel. Can,t see this work being completed before Christmas now.
