Vivian was very responsive on email, the cleaning service from Brian was excellent. Brian even did some extra time to make sure everything was looking perfect. We will be asking Brian to come back every week for our regular household cleaning.

Contracted Samviv Partners, outlining the need for a domestic cleaner for 2 hours a day 3 days a week. not only did the cleaner not call it was also a no show, we attempted to work with them and give them more time to sort things out but after waiting in all day I decided to do it myself and employ someone else that will be able to complete the job listed, Trade was very kind to talk too unfortunately as she is single manning the phone lines she is difficult to get ahold of.

Viv and Sam arrived punctually and began working for about 6 hours. They didn’t stop for a break and left the house really clean , including cleaning the oven and inside all the cupboards.
