Absolutely top-class, professional service from Sam Wass and his team. From the minute I posted the job for a quote on Checkatrade, they were prompt and proactive in their responses, providing me with an excellent quote which I duly accepted. They arranged a date they arrived on time, completing the job efficiently and diligently clearing up as they went. I was so impressed that I have asked them to provide me with a quote to do further work in our garden. 10/10 service.

Had a problem with a neighbours tree which overhangs the driveway of a rental property we own. With permission from the tree owner I called Sam who met me on site. Work needed was agreed and left rest to Sam and his team who did an excellent job at a fair price, very satisfied and would fully recommend.

An appointment was made after 9:30am for a quote on Monday. We waited in but no one arrived or phoned to give an idea of a time when they would arrive. I texted their office about mid day and was told that they work all day and don’t do quotes until late afternoon and/or evening. I was never told this when I initially contacted them for a quote and wasted the day waiting for them to arrive. I then agreed to them coming Tuesday morning between 9am and 11am as they were supposed to be working in the Chesterfield area but they had still not arrived and it past 12:30. No phone call to explain.

Words can't say how much we were relieved when we spoke to Sam he gave great emergency advice over the phone to secure the tree until he could make it to us from another job a few miles away. He and his team worked tirelessly to take down and remove the 60ft sycamore tree this bloke is 100% reliable they did the job and removed all the debris including the fallen leaves and saw dust all at a very reasonable price. Give him a call you won't be disappointed 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
