At first, the team went the extra mile, but once the job began, the quality fell far below professional standards. They damaged a solid laminate worktop with messy, uneven cuts and glued it without removing the protective plastic. Poor details, like using a nail to remove skirting, added to the frustration. They left the kitchen unfinished without final payment (£500), and I had to hire someone else to complete it. Six months later, their plumbing work caused flooding, ruining a cabinet and making the sink and washing machine unusable. This has been a distressing and costly experience.

I was most impressed with the neatness and thoroughness of the redecoration work done. The painting was performed with professional diligence and care.

**AT LAST - A BUILDING FIRM THAT DOESN'T PATRONISE WOMEN!** Amro and his team are fantastic. There’s none of that “you don’t want to do it like that, you want to do it like this” nonsense. You tell them what you want, they show you how they can meet your expectations, and then it’s agreed upon. All the various jobs we asked them to do were done impeccably. We chose the materials we needed, ordered them, and then communicated with Amro when they arrived. After that, we’d agree on when the jobs would be done. We originally made a poor decision when starting our bathroom and got some poor builders in who did some shoddy pipework. We hired Amro and his team afterwards and they totally saved the day. They have been patient and considerate throughout the entire process, and it's very clear that they genuinely care about the product they are delivering. We are incredibly happy with the results in our bathroom, and recommend Amro and his team without any reservations.

I hired Amro to redecorate a two bed flat. His communication is excellent, being very quick to respond and keeping me updated with progress and photos throughout the job. The work was high quality and he went above and beyond after discovering a damp issue, with extensive window and wood repair that wasn’t part of the original quote, getting it all completed within the initially estimated time frame. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again.
