Fitted smoke and heat alarms to our rental properties to comply with the current regulations
Sam and his team tested our property portfolio to make sure the properties were safe and up to standards and fitted 230volt wired smoke and heat alarms that go off together on each floor in line with current Bexley Council regulations. Sam knew his stuff and his team carried out the work in a clean and quick manner. Sandco electrical ltd are our go to electricians

New power supply wired from my fuse box under the stairs up the garden to my new outdoor office
Sam at SandCo was a delight to have working for us. Knowledgeable and helpful. Described in detail the work that was necessary and his team carried out the work to a professional standard. Will be using SandCo again when required.

Fitting two chandeliers to the ceiling
Its a 5 star from me to the http://www.Sandcoelectrical.Com/ But my buttons are playing up.Last night I just googled in search of chandeliers fitting and Sam from SandCo Electrical quickly responded , we made an appointment for today the 11/07/2021. I must say I am extremely glad I didnt skip their services, apart from being very professional, they are quick, reliable, excellent communication skills , clean, tidy and most important great customer service skills. I would use their services again and yes I would recommend 100%

To remove existing Downdraft and replace with new. Involved careful removal of cabinets and draws
We received an excellent service from this company. From initial assessment of the job to completion of it. There were a number of technical hurdles to overcome , all achieved . All in all, a good experience from a professional company which I would highly recommend.
