Contracted to fit a new shower cubicle and regrout and make good in one bathroom and regrout and reseal bath and shower unit in another bathroom. The company were completely incompetent. The shower was not sealed so would leak water and the grouting looked like it was done by a two year old. I did complain and they came back to rectify but the work was no better. It is clear that they do not have any competency with respect to fitting bathrooms and certainly do not have anyone who can tile. I would not want them back for a third time to rectify as I believe they would make it worse.

Highly recommended honest builder, I was given a full work of schedules and a payment structure. Santokh has decades of experience and managed his work force well. Very pleased with my loft and other work completed such as flooring and en-suite bathroom.

This trader is courteous and reliable. He is relaxed regrading the payments. Quality of workmanship and price is competitive. Most traders' guarantees does not have much weight but this trader will definitely come back if and when any problem arise, which is most important to a customer.
