Laminate Flooring Jon

Remove Juliette balconies and weatherboarding, to find a persistent leak.
We had S&J Developments along to assess a leak on our weatherboarded new build. They did a brilliant job at removing our Juliette balconies and replacing and resealing everything once they'd finished. lovely guys to deal with and fitted us in to their manic schedules, by offering us a weekend slot. Warm roof replacement
My old extension roof was single layer felt which was cold in winter and hot in summer, SJ development have me a good price to replace roof with a warm insulated roof with edm rubber seal, they arrived promptly at 8am each day and we’re polite and cleaned up every day so no disruption to me , everything was explained well and went like clockwork I would recommend this company as they were recommended by a freind.Verified reviewerJob location: DA1210 Builder

Fantastic Work and Excellent Service!
We couldn't be happier with Shane and his team! We had a full house renovation including a new kitchen, bathroom, painting & decorating. They were incredibly helpful & responsive from the get go. Advised us on our budget, helped coordinate the flooring and went above and beyond with unexpected plumbing/drainage issues. We had a tight 5-week deadline, but the work was completed in just 4 weeks! Reliable, professional and made the whole process seamless. Shane and Alfie came round exactly when they said they would and did everything they said they would. The work they done was to a very high standard and explained everything that they did. The work they carried out was to prop ceiling/roof joists safely, Full removal of rotten wall plate, Installation of new concrete lintel across both windows, Installation of new timber support along wall, Ensuring both ends/corners are properly supported/rebuilt so the new structure has solid bearing and Removal of all waste.
