Jack was very accommodating as the date of the fitting had to change a couple of times because of other trade hold ups. excellent communication, came when he said and worked very hard. the Minerva worktops are a bit fiddly but it all looks excellent, cannot see the joins. delighted with it all

Jack priced for our kitchen fitting. Gave sound advice on any questions. Turned up worked exceptionally hard all day then returned day after day. Pleasant and worked to A high standard was left in the house on own without a worry so very trustworthy and the work itself impeccable kitchen looks better than the ai image we had at the beginning. I would highly recommend the service and we will Be using for our bathroom refit. Thank you.

Jack was great, he levelled and tiled the floor, fitted kitchen units and worktop in a very small awkward wonky kitchen and did an amazing job. He is polite, tidy and reliable (even worked on a Bank Holiday, Saturday and extra days due to my kitchen being so awkward). I would approach him again for any future work and recommend him to others.

I found S&J Property Refurbishment to be the perfect choice for a kitchen re-fit in a busy Nursing Home. Their quote was in line with what we expected and Jack’s knowledge of kitchen fitting made light work of unit builds and installation, all to an extremely high standard. We had a problem with two missing units and an unexpected day of electrical wiring but Jack worked around this until the units arrived and even worked his Saturday off to complete for us. A very clean, tidy and competent installation and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. We will use again without a doubt.

Jack did a great job. Scribing a worktop into a curved shaped wall. He fitted side panels and shelves and a plinth and everything works perfectly. Would definitely use him again.
