The garages were leaking and needed to be stripped to base.
From the first with Scott looking at the roof and explaining what was best to be done. To the quote which was sent speedily. No pressure but lots of reassurance that they could do the job. We waited for the right weather and I was contacted two days in advance to the work date. It took a day in blazing sun but all were fabulous. I was invited up the ladder to view the roof and was very happy. They cleared away with nothing left to do and all old roof taken away. I would highly recommend this company. Thought roof was leaking. Had ridge tiles done by SK in 2021. So utilised the 10 year warranty. Called, explained issue and Scott had a team to the house in less than 24 hours. Roof space checked. Initial view was condensation caused by non breathable membrane as house built 2003. Ridge tiles all checked as well as removing few tiles to check felt. All ridges secure and no obvious leak. Great response, polite and efficient team as well as explanation as well as showing some evidence in roof space to show was condensation. Again would highly recommend.
