Replace whole roof
Initially we were pleased with the job and we were given a guarantee. With first heavy rainfall we realised that the fall of the gutter was wrong at the back of the house and we had a cracked slate. We have tried to contact Sid and his team but they have disappeared. We selected S and M as they had good reviews and a solid background. We now hold a useless guarantee. We are disillusioned and disappointed.

To renew whole roof sofits downpipes and rendering chimney
Prior to the job commencing Sid visited us to ensure that he knew exactly what our expectations were and he answered all of our questions with clarity. He was on site regularly throughout each day of the job and ensured we knew that Steve was leading the team if he was not around. Sid made an excellent suggestion to use a terracotta ridge tile against the Brazilian Slates. We are so pleased with the result. Nothing was too much trouble for Sid and his team. The finished roof looks fantastic. At the end of the Job there was a thorough tidy up with all windows and frames washed down.
