Excellent. From start to finish Sam and Nicole were amazing. From getting a quote to booking a good time slot and then carrying out the works was very impressive. Great customer service. Great job on both windows. Would highly recommend.

Sam and Nicole were friendly but professional. Quick to respond to queries and emails. Will be going back to them as I am sure that other windows fitted at the same time will need some TLC. As it was a small job, I didn't think anyone would be interested in doing it so was really pleased to hear from them!

Worried that their reviews were too good but can see why. Good communication, quick and great attention to detail for a fraction of the price in comparison to others. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. In fact waiting for a quote to replace bathroom window.

S&N came and did the work quickly, tidily, with minimal fuss and were reasonably priced. I recommend them!

Sam did a great job of installing the window, really nice guy and just got on with the job. I’d got the wrong size window but thankfully he had some and managed to fit that instead. Really happy, found the process of getting it booked really easy! Will definitely use again if I ever break another window! Thank you again, happy it’s all been sorted. Great communication and turned up bang on time.
