I wanted the hall and staircase papered he insisted on papering over old paper with dreadful results
Arrived 6days late, after cancelling the original date at very short notice. He persuaded me to put new paper over old against my wishes. He assured me it would be fine, but results were/are dreadful, one year later he has still not resolved the problem despite many emails to him, and him coming back many times and using mastic and superglue, the paper is unstuck at the edges and bubbling, it’s beyond repair and I now have to pay a professional to put right at great expense.
