The work was carried out on time and to a reasonable standard. The boss seemed knowledgeable about this type of work and the workers were all friendly and helpful. However, their logistics for getting ladders to/from site left a little to be desired. They borrowed my ladder without asking and they left ladders on site for 2 weeks after the job was finished.

We’d also like to apologise for the inconvenience regarding the ladders. Unfortunately, at the time we were experiencing unexpected issues with our Luton van after it was clamped due to an ongoing parking dispute where it was based. As this is the only vehicle large enough to transport our ladders and access equipment, it delayed us collecting them as quickly as we would have liked.
The ladders left on site were mistakenly assumed by the team to be ours, and we’re sorry for the inconveni
