With 5 years of experience in residential and commercial development across London, I have built up a wealth of knowledge regarding existing structures constructed across a span of different eras, be it Georgian, Victorian, or Edwardian.

Every building has a different story to tell, with unique characteristics which must be tailored to when looking to renovate and redevelop in-line with modern design standards. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution and ensure to consider the needs of the historic structure along with the new design.

Safi Al-Koud – MEng (hons), GMICE

I’m a fully qualified civil/structural engineer that have been working in the residential market for +4 years. I have gained most of my experience from working with an international multi-disciplinary consultancy firm on projects for the likes of Network Rail, TfL and different London Councils.

I have successfully led multiple projects from RIBA stage 1 (feasibility) to stage 5 (construction) using industry cutting-edge design techniques and software, utilising different construction materials such as timber, steel and reinforced concrete.
