I recently contacted Safi from Sandstone Engineering for assistance with the removal of three chimney breasts and subsequently hired him to manage the construction work as well. From our first conversation, it was clear that Safi is passionate about his work. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the process—from planning and building control to the actual construction. Safi managed the entire project seamlessly and addressed any issues that arose with practical, effective solutions. I'm very happy with the end result and highly recommend his services.

Safi provided a rapid service coming to take the measurements for the structural calculations the same day and then providing them the next day. His builders were able to complete the work within only a couple of weeks. Safi was very easy to work with and stayed on top of the project and was in regular communication with us throughout.

I needed a structural drawing and calculation for removal chimney, load bearing wall and partition walls and installing steel beams. Safi at Standstone Engineering ltd responded promptly to the quote request and was very kind to visit the property on a Saturday on a short notice. He was very polite and professional. He went through the details and answered all my questions before and after providing the report. The report was done to high standards. It was great experience.
