The clutch was slipping, needed a service and MOT was running out.
I was expecting the work to take a few days and was worried about having no vehicle. The Manager explained that it should only take 1 day and gave me a courtesy car for the day. The work was completed by the end of the day, I even received a phone call in the middle of the day to keep me updated with progress. The car had been washed an cleaned for me at no extra cost.
