Ben was great. He came to service our kitchen Sani flow. Messaged us that he was on his way and we were able to track his journey, we could get on with our day until he arrived. Thorough service done and also changed our failed tap. Double checked everything was working and sealed properly. Excellent, efficient service, would absolutely recommend.

Called them because water not draining away from shower unit that is adjacent to the toilet unit. Very prompt response and excellent service. Quickly recognised that the problem was an old membram that was failing to activate when the flow of water was small. All working fine now.

First class professional work, no problem with the request to reseal the shower tray as well as servicing the toilet equipment. I have used this company for a few years, and have never had reason to complain, with the prompt, clean and trustworthy staff.

Since the installation of our kitchen Sani Vite, Sani Solutions have provided excellent service. The installation is serviced annually to maintain it's life and prevent having to install a new one. It works. Booking is easy. And the contractor always turns up on time and leaves everything in good order. Can't fault them.

The macerator in our loft room would not switch off after toilet use. Ben arrived on time to attend to the problem. The job was completed in about 45 minutes by replacing the switch rubber membrane. Thanks Ben for the service and description of several associated things…
