Cellar
We asked Sanitising and Mould Solutions (SAMS) to inspect our cellar as we were concerned that we may have damp. They carried out a comprehensive survey using different equipment and provided a full, written report on their findings and their recommendations. Damp and leak in work studio
We asked this company to inspect and diagnose our ongoing damp and leak problem that existed in our workplace studio. They identified the problem almost immediately, and recommended the solution which involved them carrying out a treatment using specialised products which has now rectified the problem. We are really happy with the result, no more leaking or damp problems. The treatment was carried out efficiently and in a friendly manner with excellent communication. Excellent service from SAMS
We have been having continual issues with mould and dampness in one of our tenanted properties. Despite our best efforts, we could not get to the cause of the problem. We called SAMS, and Tony attended the property a couple of days later. Tony completed a full and thorough survey of the property, and we quickly received an extraordinarily comprehensive and in-depth report with the cause identified and recommendations to solve the issue permanently.
