  Replacing copper pipes on a radiator

  James was really helpful. He arrived promptly and completed the work that was needed. He double checked the system was up and running well and was open to being contacted with any more issues. His fees were affordable and his workmanship was good quality.

  Leak under the kitchen sink and fixing the shower

  I phoned James and even though he was away on holiday he answered the call and arranged to come round as soon as he got back the next day. James messaged me to let me know that his flight had been delayed so he would be later than he had said. Few hours later I got a message this was on a Sunday to say he was on his way. James arrived and very quickly diagnosed the problem and promised to call round first thing the next day. True to his word he arrived around 7.30 am fixed the problem and was on his way in 10 minutes. Thanks very much indeed. Brilliant service.
