San helped us resolve a damp issue coming from our front steps. He investigated where the water was coming in (he was very thorough, lifting up floorboards to rule out pipe leaks) and blocked some gaps under the door. He also boarded up some holes on our neighbours’ steps. He’s delightful and very professional. Would highly recommend.
