Very professional and courteous. Helpful guidance given when changing plans and sourcing new materials. Exceptional attention to detail over the finished works. Almost felt like they were ‘building for themselves’ in terms of attention paid. Site cleanliness never a problem as very tidy. Will gladly have them work again for us.

The work was carried out in a professional and courteous manner. They took great care, ensuring the disruption in the working workshop was minimal. The quality of work is top notch and I would highly recommend Sapphire Builders.

The work was completed to a very high standard. Communication was on an easy to understand level for a lone female who does not understand building work.
