  Plain Tiles

  Shoddy, messy work - do not use.

  Kitchen tiling - straightforward metro tiles, trim and coloured grout, small area in a modern house. What I was left with was: 1/2 brick pattern when I'd requested 3/4. Unfinished edges despite having provided the trim. Tiles not on flat. Tiles cut awkwardly around top cupboards: specifically requested they finish underneath. Left very messy: coloured grout on kitchen surfaces, on cabinet doors (which took a lot of scubbing to remove) and wooden floor which is now stained. Took spare tiles and trim without permission. Requested % refund - been ghosted. Do not use.

  Mediocre Service, Poor Attention to Detail

  The work done was average at best. While the basic work was completed, the finish was rough and lacked the attention you'd expect from a professional. More concerning was the attitude towards the job itself. It felt like the priority was getting paid rather than delivering a quality result. Tenants raised complaints about the mess left during and after the work, and despite being told the property had been cleaned up, it was still in a dirty state with rubbish from the job not cleared away. For the money paid, the standard of work and professionalism fell well short of what was promised

  Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you were unhappy with parts of the work. I would like to clarify that several extra jobs were completed free of charge, including the painting. The walls already had mould and moisture issues, and despite preparation and skimming attempts, this affected the final finish and may have caused peeling afterwards. I always aim to help customers and complete work fairly within the agreed budget and scope. I appreciate the feedback and will continue improving my service

  Mosaic Tiles

  Absolutely great. Straight to work, very efficient. Sebastian and co tiled the whole kitchen in one day. we were short 5 sets of tiles and he even popped out to get them. (I actually sourced a make good set of tiles, but Sebastian found the correct ones!!) Due to the break to get tiles they had to stay late but were working hard throughout and wouldn't leave until it was all done. They even retired and a tricky area by the window that Sebastian wasn't happy with and it was worth it, it looks great now. great attention to detail and very reasonable price. thank you.
