Arrived an hour early. Did not put any protective cloths down before taking a plug out of the bottom of a full water reservoir inside boiler and wondered why water spilled and drenched the work top. I managed to get tea towels to soak it up. He expected me to supply him with a bucket to collect the remaining water. He then emptied the contents of the reservoir (sludge and particles) into my sink which is now sitting in the waste trap and will need to be unscrewed to empty it. He said he would get a price for the part required but didn't make a note of the model of my appliance.

This customer was extremely rude and aggressive towards me from the very start.
Very bitter about everything as soon as i turned up.
i was going to leave straight away but thought i would try and help her anyway although i knew i would not be paid for my trouble..
Sometimes you try and do what’s best and right in a situation and it comes back and hits you where it hurts...
I will be very reluctant to do this again..
