The repairto our property was completed to our satisfaction, we can say that the improvement to it's appearance enhances the overlook of the property, to my mind certainly one of the best in the row. It was'nt envisaged from the start that so much replacement and removal of damaged material was necessary, but never the less we were kept up to date with the extra work and an invoices were presented. We can reflect now to gain a Gaurantee certificate the additional work was completey essential.

Fixed the lead cladding on a dormer that had come loose in strong wind. Good job. No fuss. Came and delivered a reasonable quote and got the work done very soon after. Very satisfied, would use again.

From the very beginning Michael was helpful, professional and honest. The work was completed quickly and within the stated time, dispite being a bigger job than originally thought. Michael kept me informed at every stage and called me after the work was finished to check the scaffolding and skip had been removed and that I was happy with the work. Michaels' team worked very hard, and on one occasion, late into the evening to get the job finished and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.

From start to finish we were kept informed of what was happening. Updates before they arrived regarding times and once on site we were updated frequently. After completion of the work everywhere was left spotless, working late to complete on day two rather than having to come back. Given choices of tile preferences, everything was delivered on day one once the old roof tiles had been removed. We would recommend this company as they are thorough and hard working.

Michael and his team replaced our roof last week. They are very efficient and make sure that all rubbish is removed during and after the job has been completed. Michael updates you on the progress and any issues that arise everyday. The team respect your property. Our roof did cost more than the original quote, but we had problems that only come to light once the team was up there. Me and my wife are very satisfied with the completed work.

Despite unforeseen complications, Michael and the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and maintained clear communication throughout the project. The work was executed to the highest standards, and we are extremely satisfied with the results achieved on our property. We highly recommend this team for future works.
