100% Recommend Sapphire Water Softeners
Both Chris and Mel were fantastic, Chris went above and beyond to help any way he could, pricing was clear and kept too, everything was explained well and all went ahead flawlessly, even organising reminders for when I would need to change the water filter is great, one less thing for me to have to remember, I would 100% recommend Sapphire Water Softeners.Verified reviewerJob location: ME139.33 Water Softeners

Water Softener Installation
Our water softener installation was carried out professionally. Chris arrived on time, worked cleanly and consistently throughout the day. He explained each stage of the fitting clearly, which was appreciated as this was our first water softener. He outlined the available options, but Chris was honest about what we needed now, with other items simply noted as future possibilities, unless we felt we needed it now. A straightforward and reliable service.Job location: TN410 Water Softeners

Survey and installation of water softener
Excellent service provided throughout, from survey through to completion of installation. Chris was very professional, considerate and respectful of our home. We have now been using the water softener for a month and it’s made a huge difference. No more limescale issues.Job location: ME15RPaul W10 Water Softeners

Excellent service
We had looked into getting a water softener for a while and after reading some good reviews we opted to choose Sapphire Water softeners. Chris came to give us a quote and explained how it works etc and we thought he was super helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and could make the decision on our own time. Chris did a good job of fitting the softener and helped with a couple of other issues with a water filter and tap. Super friendly and helpful with he’s knowledge too. Absolutely would recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: ME5

Hello, I'm Chris and I've lived and worked here in South East England all my life and spent the last 20 years in the water treatment industry.
I founded Sapphire Water Softeners 14 years ago to offer homeowners a simple solution to the many problems associated with extremely hard water in the region. I specialise in improving water quality, both to stop the problems caused by limescale and to provide fresh tasting drinking water for homes and offices.
I offer a free home survey and consultation, or alternatively I'm very happy to chat over the phone.
