  Recently used SA property Contracts. Very happy with the finished result. The room has been completely transformed with new wall panelling, painting and carpet. The quality of the work is excellent, and they were always helpful when I had questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was completed quickly and professionally.   10/10 We are delighted with the level of customer service and professionalism provided by Saqib & Algis. They took the time to walk us through the different options, making sure we found the best solution for our specific needs. We have an old house with textured wallpaper throughout and they tackled it effectively and efficiently. The results have been brilliant. They also fitted new flooring throughout, which we absolutely love. We would happily have them complete the rest of the house without hesitation. Highly recommended!

  Great Service

  SA Properties were great to work with. I had water damage from a a flat above and was covered by insurance. SA Properties were very experienced in dealing with these things. Being a remote landlord and not visiting the property often they were very trustworthy to visit the property and give me very detailed pictures and videos and communication along the way. Highly recommend.

  11/10 was the quality of the work carried out at my house, I contacted saqib to paint my newly purchased house which needed a full renovation after just the paintwork I feel like I didn’t need to do much more, highly recommend.

  The installation was flawless. They arrived punctually and worked efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality.   Good experience - genuine assesssment of my requirements

  I asked Saqib to come and give an estimate to replace my luxury vinyl floor and he gave his assessment that it didn't replacing, and that I was better off getting it deep cleaned. He later sent me a referal to someone he thought would do a good job. A good experience from an honest guy.
