Flat roof
Paid for materials. Started work but then left everything half done and then disappeared having taken the money. Avoid them they are thieves and not builders at all.Job location: DY83 Builder

Let down
Initially work undertake was ok enough to ask them to do a number of jobs around the house .I had a faulty toilet they advised get a new one they sourced and fitted in.A week later had problems with the flushing .Alex sorted that but 2 weeks later had problems with a leak and flushing issues.Alex came back and stopped the leak damaging my tiles across the wall, leaving the toilet and sink insecure in January last communication Feb 2025.I've always paid for the work and never squabbled over prices.cupboard over boiler not meet standards kitchen . Kitchen install
Terrible experience and I would not recommend SAR to anybody AVOID AT ALL COSTS. - start date 6 days after initial agreement - 0 communication to tell me this until chased. - leaking sink tap day after ‘completion’ - big leak from connection they supposedly blanked off. Behind cabinets so could have destroyed the flooring if not spotted by me. - worst of all a major gas leak from their cooker install. Had to call emergency Cadent who were shocked at the poor connections used. SAR agreed and promised to compensate the invoice over 2 weeks ago.and still received nothing. I had a kitchen refit after someone let me down.They out in a brand new kitchen
They did a wonderful job in my kitchen and undertook some other jobs They still have a little work to complete in my bathroom. Worktop Replacement
Both Stuart and Alex were very communicable and polite. The worktop installation was not perfect, the joints were not seamless and left a couple of blemishes on the worktop. While putting the oven back the gas connector was cross threaded resulting in a gas leak, had to call a gas engineer to get the leak fixed. It was an ok job, could have done it a lot better. Alex was very courteous, he fixed a loose cabinet door and helped with removing a stripped screw on outside light.Verified reviewerJob location: B7410 Worktops
