I have used this company several times and have always been very pleased with the quality of work carried out. A plumber was booked for today at 8am he arrived on time, very polite and professional. He had four jobs to do including fitting a new towel rail in the bathroom and fitting a wheel head and lock shield valve to the bedroom radiator. Extremely pleased with all work carried out. I have to say the office staff are equally very polite. Would definitely recommend Sergeants and son.

I needed two pipes rerouted in my kitchen, (hot and cold) as they ran down the centre of the wall, I wanted them tucked in the corner so I could install new kitchen cabinets. Jeff, carried out the work diligently taking care to keep mess to a minimum and tidy up where needed. This is the 3rd time Jeff has worked on my property, he is polite and professional in carrying out his work.

After waking up to a cold house without central heating working I rang Sargents. I have used this friendly and efficient company for many years now, from fitting a new boiler to yearly services and other problems. They sent out a member of staff within 2 hours who diagnosed the problem and fitted a new 3 port valve. We were once again up and running with heating. I cannot recommend the whole team enough, right for first phone call (very knowledgeable and helpful lady) to the successful completion. I have recommended them to other members of my family over the years.

Booking by 'phone is easy and quick. we had Jeff allocated to our tap replacement which had its difficulties. We have had Jeff before for several jobs and,as usual, he was efficient, friendly, and left the bathroom in good order. Return 'phone calls from the office could be a little quicker but, overall a good service. Merits the Checkatrade listing. 9 out of 10

Very happy with their work. Second time I have used them in the past few months, first for a boiler maintenance and second to install a new bathroom radiator - always efficient and on time. Very helpful and friendly plumbers. Get the job done well - I'd definitely recommend using them.
