Dan did a fantastic job sorting out our boiler. It was a tricky one and needed a couple of extra parts, but he sourced everything quickly and came back exactly when he said he would to finish the job. He was professional, tidy, and clearly knows his stuff. Really impressed with the service. 10 out of 10!

Dan turn up, when he said he would and did a great job

Our central heating completely stopped working earlier this year. With two young babies on a Friday afternoon in the depth of winter, we called on Dan to help us. Dan came round the same day, gave us a temporary fix, until the correct part had arrived on the Monday. He then ensured we were prioritised on Monday, to get the job done permanently. Overall, we can't thank Dan enough and have/will continue to recommend him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sargent Gas and Plumbing – Boiler Hero! Woke up one morning to the kind of cold that makes you question every life decision — turns out my boiler had given up on me. Enter Sargent Gas and Plumbing, aka the boiler whisperer. From the moment I called he was more than understanding when explaining potential issue. The engineer was friendly, tidy, and knew exactly what they were doing, even with me asking questions about how long they have been an engineer. I didn’t have to pretend to understand anything, which was a bonus. Now my radiators are toasty, my showers are steamy.

Dan serviced my boiler today. While he was here, he explained everything he was doing and what the readings should be. He also advised me on various boiler issues. He was both professional and friendly. It was refreshing to meet a plumber who not only did exceptional work but also prioritised safety. I was very impressed and will certainly call Dan if I have any plumbing or heating issues in the house. Thank you, Dan.
