    Bathroom repair and refurb

    Following an insurance claim for a water leak in my bathroom, Scott and his team at sascarpentryandbuilding completed the repair work to an excellent standard. They were professional, reliable, and efficient throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail, and the job was finished much faster than I expected. I am extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team to anyone looking for high-quality building or carpentry services.

    Kitchen Extension

    Our Architect recommended Scott to us as an excellent and reliable builder - she wasn’t wrong. From the start of the project the whole process has been smooth and seamless. Scott and his team were professional and courteous throughout, excellent workmanship and nothing too much trouble. They are very good at following up on queries so the build has been surprisingly stress free. The extension looks amazing, the quality of the work is extremely good, I am very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending SAS Carpentry and Building.

    Fixing and making good old creaky landing and staircase

    Very old landing and staircase with many very bad creaks/noises. Fixed up perfectly. Top attention to detail.

    Four solid core doors fitted to existing frames

    Very polite hard working team, completed the job to a high standard for the agreed cost even when it was apparent it would be more difficult than expected due to the state of our existing door frames. Absolute pleasure to do business with Scott and his team and we will definitely be working with them again.

    Repairs to water damage inside property and redecoration

    Scott was the nominated contractor to complete my work which was subject to an insurance claim. He project managed all aspects calling in two trades to finish specialist work, plastering and flooring. He was always available and answered questions immediately. He proved to be reliable and only ever did what was agreed. All waste was cleared and cleaned on every visit. I would not hesitate to use him again.
