  New laminate floor fitted

  I had my living room and upstairs bedroom fitted with laminate. Took the lad 1 day to complete both.... and I must say very professional job indeed. Kept everything tidy after and quality job done. Would highly recommend

  Extension of one bathroom, refitting of second bathroom, garage conversion, fitted wardrobe and laminate flooring.

  Steve and Sam were a very good team and were very easy to work with right from the time of giving a quote till completion of the work. We hit upon a few unexpected issues, but the SAS team were very proactive and helpful in guiding me and resolving those issues promptly.

  Removal of a load bearing wall between lounge and dining room

  After receiving Sam's quote to remove a load bearing wall between our lounge and dining room we realised that on comparison there was a large number of missing jobs from all other builders which would have meant we incurred additional costs to complete - Sam included EVERYTHING, clearly broken down and easy to understand Sam's quote right through to finish was exceptional, Sam is incredibly tidy, polite and thorough. He liaised with numerous other contractors to ensure the job was completed with all relevant paperwork. I cannot recommend him SAS enough and will 100% use them again in the future.

  Removed wood from external walkway. Created new ceiling for walkway and floor above.

  Timber framed extension of new bedroom, en suite, playroom and office.

  All work was completed to a very high standard and well project managed to get all the relevant trades in at the correct times. There was a few slight problems encountered throughout the build which Sam and Stephen dealt with in a very professional manner and the extension was delivered on time and to a high standard.
