Had 10 sash windows fully restored, they were in a really bad state of repair. Now they are as good as knew. John was such a good person to get hold and did exactly what he said he will do. I gave him 25% deposit up front and fully trusted him. John sees his work more of a passion than a job. Very passionate and professional.

The tradesman is an expert at what he does. The work was done to a high standard. I have learned that the business of historical sash windows is complex and that there is a lot of know-how involved. I would definitely recommend him.

John was very courteous and knew his craft well. He explained at the beginning of the job what he would be doing and how long it would take. If there were any delays (due to weather etc) he always kept us informed as to when he would be coming.
