    Leak fix and shower pump replacement

    Had Shaun round to fix a leak and replace a shower pump on separate occasions. Was quick to make time to get over and stop water ingress and were very happy with the quality of work - would gladly recommend and will use for future needs.

    Leaking Sink

    Really pleased with the speed to reply, come round and then organise the repair. The work was done to a high standard and Shaun was very neat and tidy. Unlike previous tradesmen, Shaun brought his own vacuum to the house and left the kitchen spotless.

    Finding and repairing a leak in bathroom

    Shaun was very professional, polite, helpful and thorough. He persisted in trying to find our leak and eventually found two sources of water, one from a joint that was not tight enough and another, more obvious, from poorly sealed shower tray. He fixed both with minimal fuss.

    Saved from a toilet tsunami

    Shaun was very prompt in response to an extremely early morning call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and luckily for me had the parts required to complete the job swiftly. He was extremely professional, explained what he was doing and gave me some practical advice about managing flood situations myself in future. I was expecting to lose a day’s work and pay but thanks to Shaun’s professionalism I was able to be at work by 9am. The bathroom is now drying quickly and more importantly my neighbour in the flat below is happy.

    Toilet Repair

    Sean's managed to restore my faith in local plumbers which had recently taken a knock after dealing with some far less reliable competitors. As a result I googled alternatives and found SAS on the list. Glad I did as Sean was excellent in every way. I shall be using him in future after today.
