Thiru was excellent in communication from requesting an initial quote through to installation day. He uses an online customer portal to manage quotes, billing and communication which is very convenient.
He upgraded our ancient wired alarm system to a new controller and keypad, and repaired a couple of window & door contacts - the system is now performing as good as new. Highly recommended!
