Work done, only no facility to write documents, returned laptop and issue resolved. Also no iplayer facility on bbc website. Later requested invoice for insurance purposes but company refused saying the receipt was only what they would do. Not only this but it was suggested customer maybe attempting to do something fraudulent.

Absolutely brilliant company! The repair was carried out in no time at all. Very professional. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else but here now. Very pleased overall.

I left my phone on the morning, for the screen to be replaced. When I called later that day to collect it, I was pleased to find that I did not need a new screen, it was just the screen protector that was broken. Even though a new screen had been ordered I was not charged anything, didn't even want anything for his time. So genuine and helpful.
