We had loft insulation and trickle vents added to our windows via the government grant for insulation. First of all they sent a surveyor to measure up check we qualified for the grant which was confirmed. We were then offered an insulation date for the insulation and two guys arrived as planned and did the work without any problem. Both guys (as well as the surveyor) were very friendly and polite. After the work was complete they tidied up and although there was virtually no mess left one of the guys insisted on having a final hoover up even though I said I would do it. 5 star recommendation

I had some government funded cavity wall insulation carried out. The men were punctual, respectful and carried out the work efficiently, explaining any questions I had.

After we asked for a quotation, they attended quickly & included us with their investigations, advising us that some of the existing walls were already insulated. We had cavity wall insulation from Saving Energy. The whole process took two half day visits. The first one included fitting extractor fans and shaving the bottom of our internal doors to increase air circulation. The second was the insulation itself. The workers were really efficient and polite. I was working from home and they did their utmost to be unobtrusive. The whole process could not have been easier from my point of view.
