Polite and friendly when they contacted me following my enquiry. I was given a fair price and item was collected sooner than I'd expected. I could not be in at the time but they contacted my friend 10 mins before due at my premises. I've now received the consignment note, waste transfer docket and invoice. I had omitted to tell my friend of a small piece which was separate from the other pieces, and Paul understood and has agreed to collect this next week.
