Removal of rats from loft and internal wall spaces - success!

Chris was excellent to work with. Walked me through the options, implemented an appropriate solution with a reasonable timeframe. Pleased to confirm a few weeks from Chris' last of 3 visits, we're now rat free. He was also open about advice/products to prevent the rats from returning, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend.

Rats in loft and cavity walls, Chris is lovely, so friendly, very detailed in his findings and explanation, shoe covers on when came into house. Extremely punctual, always replied to any phone messages. He provided full reports via email and in hard copy posted to us and video evidence. He is very reassuring when you are dealing with such a horrible experience. Would very highly recommend.
