Through an initial telephone conversation and subsequent home visit, Wayne and Mike were able to explain the process in great detail and answer all our questions. During the extraction process I was nervous about some of the noises emanating from the walls and the guys kindly stopped and addressed any questions/concerns. It is a messy and noisy process but Wayne and Mike took great care and cleaned up at the end of each day. They did a very nice job re-filling the entry holes of the extraction drill and putting the bricks back in place. We were in goods hands with Wayne and Mike.

Wayne and Mike were great. Communication before the visit was excellent, and they arrived on time and ready to start the job. The job was completed to a very high standard, as was the cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Saxon Extraction Services.

Loft insulation removal and installation

We had Saxon Extraction in to remove the failed cavity insulation in our bungalow. I had a friend in the insulation business, he had no hesitation in recommending Wayne and Mike to me for the job. They came promptly to survey and confirm that the old foam had turned to dust in many areas. A quote was duly provided. We decided to accept the quote. Work commenced quickly after us accepting. Extraction went at quite a pace with the guys working continuously with few breaks. When works complete, site was clean, and all extraction sites restored to its previous condition. Wayne and Mike are friendly, reliable and worked solidly throughout. I felt the pricing was fair, given the work involved and photos were provided to show the work that had been completed. In addition, internal dust residue from the extraction was dealt with conscientiously. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended.
