Completed in 7 months to a high standard. Good work ethic. Complete service. Good communication. Really happy with the end result.

Sam and his team did an amazing job of transforming our house, they pretty much gutted it and started again, they encountered a few unforeseen problems throughout the build but nothing they couldn’t work out and sort, With his own plumbers and electricians it saved us chasing and organising them when we needed them on site and the build went smoothly ( well apart from a break due to covid) From the first quote to the final finishing touches they are very thorough in their work and we just love the transformation they’ve done to our home, I’d highly recommend them and happily use them again

The work took longer than agreed due to COVID-19 lockdown. The work was completed to a high standard. Pleasant builders who cleaned after themselves at the end of each day. The quote given was fair and reasonable considering the extend of the work. Would recommend them and would use them again

Great work, job was booked in they turned up on the day, worked very hard, were very efficient, and once other trades had finished, they were quick to come back and finish their work. Would highly recommend, nice guys easy to communicate with, high standard of workmanship.

I am not the easiest of customers to have to deal with. I would be the first to admit that as I know exactly what I want and how I expect it to be done and finished. SB Construction came through though and did an excellent job. Sam and his team were a pleasure to be around and to deal with and clearly know what they are doing when it comes to this type of work. I would certainly use them again and not hesitate to recommend them.
