S&B construction is the best building company you will find on checkatrade. I got the cheapest quote from them after listening to several quotes. I needed a wall taken down to accommodate a new kitchen design, and wiring and plumbing done. This guys did more than I paid for. They put the wires and all the pipes in the wall, plastered, painted and fit the kitchen to perfection saving me over £3000. I don't have enough space here to express how grateful I am. But I am 1 happy customer, I have had some bad experiences in the past, but not with S&b construction. I will highly recommend.

Cowboy traders The builders caused my ceiling to collapse during chimney breast removal. Forgot to solder a pipe and caused water to gush out into floor boards and downstairs wall. Messy: Left the house in a mess, plastering all over my door and frame, carpets dirty from chimney mess. Walls and ceiling stained from leaks. Left rubbish in my drive. Will not respond to text or calls.

Work done in good time. Decent workmanship. Good customer service, they were very responsive. I would use them again.

Time keeping, cost, tidy and also excellent quality was delivered.
