Dan from SBI came out quickly to provide us with a fair quote. We needed a replacement combi boiler (for our outdated boiler system) thermostatic radiator valves and a thermostat fitted. Work was completed in a timely fashion and Dan was very considerate by keeping mess to a minimum. We had a follow up call after work was completed to make sure everything was OK. We felt he provided a good and honest service, top bloke thoroughly recommend!

I called SBI Gas late Saturday as I tried to install a new smart thermostat he came round Sunday morning and tried to resolve the issue for around 45 minutes. But thought it would be better to call manufacturers first, I asked how much he wanted for his time, but he refused to take any money. You don’t get more honest or professional than that I wish all trades man were like this.

The gas man turned up on time which made a lovely change as some don't. He was very polite and the work was done before I knew it. The only evidence that he had been in to do the work was that I had a cooker that was connected to the gas supply. He left no mess it was all clean in fact spotless. I know who I'll be using for any gas problems in the future.
