Sergiu and the guys have done two separate roof renewals and repointing for me in 2025. They are well-organised and take pride in their work (and tidying up afterwards). Good communication from start to finish and haven't let me down at any point. Other tradesmen could learn a lot from these guys. I had a air vent I stalled in the chimney, the pot was taken off and it was cemented over.
I had a good experience with the person who came to repair the chimney. He was helpful with explaining the work that was needed. Which shows they want to do a good job and not quote for work that is not needed. They took photos so that I knew what they had done. The fact they only asked for the money after the work was completed and provided a invoice was good. It just means I find them reliable and honest.
