Installed 300L water cylinders
We had an exceptional service from start to finish. He installed a 300 litre water cylinder, has excellent technical expertise, he gave very good advice at every stage and was patient whilst we resolved mishaps on deliveries. Servicing of Air Source Heat Pump
After several failed attempts at getting someone to come and service the Heat Pump SBM Energy Solutions responded quickly to my Checkatrade enquiry with a quote. After agreeing the quote a date and time was set. The weather wasn't good on Friday but he turned up 30 minutes early as he wasn't sure what the road conditions would be like. We cannot fault his work or interaction with us over how to get the best out of the Heat Pump. We will be taking his advice about an alternative Frost Protection and look forward to welcoming him to do that and the regular service.
