Very friendly, prompt, experienced and professional work with an excellent result and a clean site

I needed a tradesman to replace my worn out flat roof . I rung and texted a couple of roofers who did not even bother to get back to me . I contacted SBM Roofing they arranged to come and inspect the work required they turned up when they said they would quoted and indicated approximate time scale . The woks have been completed as per their original estimate to the agreed price the site was left clean and tidy and I am happy with the finished roof. I would have no problem recommending them for similar work.

My roof unfortunately had spray foam insulation and had started to rot the timbers. Ryan and his team removed all the tiles, rotted timbers and foam and put a new membrane, battens and tiles back. No fuss no bother excellent.

Excellent quality job completed. SBM worked very hard to get the job done in a day which was so convenient for me. I was impressed not only with the quality of the workmanship but with the tidiness. There was no trace that there had been any workmen at the property , it was like magic that the new roof had appeared. I recently contacted SBM flatroofing for a quote as they came well recommended through friends of ours who have used them. I needed some areas of my roof redone and when I spoke with them on the phone I felt very confident to go ahead. Karl from SBM came to have a look straight away and he gave me a date for a few weeks later that worked for both of us. Everything went perfectly from start to finish and I was very happy with the work and the price. I have since passed their details onto other friends.

We just did a big renovation on our home which has 5 dormers and all needed new flat roofs but not all at the same time. You can appreciate it might be hard and also costly to get someone to keep coming back when needed. Ryan not only accommodated our special requirements but always did so with a smile. He made a fantastic job of them and always left everything spotless afterwards too. The cost was also very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.
