  A new hot water cyclinder

  We had a badly leaking hot water cylinder, Alex came out to us very quickly to take a look, diagnose the problem and provide a price. He arranged to do the work within 24 hrs ordered up all the parts and arrived at the agreed time. He carried out a difficult job with comparative ease to a high standard, was punctual, polite, very mindful of working in some ones home and did a great job. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and will be using his services in the future.

  Leaking bath waste repair

  Booked an appointment for 23/10 at 8 am and my tenant let the plumber in. The plumber dismantled the bath drain, making the bath toilet and sink unusable( due to back flow) The plumber then left the property saying he would be back at 5pm with a new pipe. So my tenant had no toilet they could use all day. The plumber never returned to the property or called, and when I called and text did not answer. Called out an emergency plumber at 8pm! So my tenant with 2 small children would have a toilet, absolute disgrace COWBOY PLUMBER BE WARNED! 3 witnesses so he cant lie about events in his response!

  I turned this job away on 2 separate occasions due to being too busy, he knew this. I made some time for one of my plumbers to attend, to help him out. The job that was described to me by the customer was completely different to what my plumber found. The toilet and sink WERE usable, and tenant was told this, as for the bath, it wasn’t being used due to a leak anyway. The landlord is happy to leave a leak in a tenanted property for weeks on end.   Central heating receiver replaced

  Extended piping from external water softener to to my washing located inside my property.This work passed through a down stairs toilet,into the kitchen passing through several units

  Assessed and completed in a timely fashion with no fuss or complaint It was a very difficult job that was necessary,clearly difficult but was completed without any disruption to our busy household With a young family your washing machine is incredibly important so I am incredibly thankful to Alex

  Install new shower room

  I would thoroughly recommend SB plumbing, from the first meeting to provide a quote through to completion of the job, everything has been done to a very high standard at a reasonable price. They always arrived on time, went out of their way to give expert advice and took on board what we wanted, even accommodating changes as we went. The end result is fantastic and we are very happy with our new shower room.
