Loft conversion and extension
If you want a job done and not left abandoned half way then DO NOT use this company. Ryan has ghosted us for 3 months and left a job completely infinished. Leaving my family living in a building site that’s been unsafe with children and open to the elements. He has no ability to manage a job let alone finish it. Please avoid at all costs. Look at their accounts (lack of) and the fact that they have no website or public vetting. AVOID - unprofessional, can’t finish the job, complete liar.

Re[air settlement of drive paving, remove existing patio and replace with Indian Limestone paving cracked boundary wall with helix bands and repoint.
Work carried out to a high standard to a high standard by competent professionals - all directly employed by SBS - who were careful and relaxed and pleasant to have on site. Direct and frequent visits from Ryan Foster during ork to ensure we were satisfied with quality and progress.

Various building work including plaster, painting, electrical, exterior walls and more
Ryan's team is fantastic ; they are punctual and tidy. Go out of the way to leave the place tidy. Ryan himself is excellent - ensured I was well informed of the progress and next steps. He quoted me a price and I paid exactly that price, even though he had Dona couple of bits extra, he didn't charge for it.

Living room plastering reboard ceiling some electrics and plumbing
Very professional company and a very professional job done. This includes all the tradesman .Will be using them again .
