Complete house renovation
Steve has been working here since the end of August. It's a complete renovation of a house stuck in the 70's, so far has emptied out all the wardrobes, striped at least 4 layers of wallpaper off the walls of all the 3 bedrooms and landing. The have all been plastered and now decorated, waiting for new wardrobes and carpet to be fitted. All looks great so far.
New Security Gate and fence panel
Steve supplied and fitted a new security gate and fence between my house and property next door. Both myself and the neighbours are very happy with the work which was completed as planned and priced. Looks really good
Replace 3 taps
Steve replaced 3 taps for me, did a thorough job and dealt with problems that cropped up along the way. I would recommend Steve, also his electrician Chris, who has also done work for me.
Decorating
Steve decorated the whole of my flat. He was very professional, efficient and tidy. My son-in-law has used Steve for decorating and home improvements and has always been really pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him, a most charming and helpful man and very reasonable price.
Replacing wooden fascia board
Steve replaced a wooden fascia board that had gone rotten and birds had previously got in. Steve did a thorough, efficient job, reasonably priced. I intend to use Steve for other jobs. Highly recommend.
Bathroom Renovation
Steve fully renovated the bathroom in my apartment. The old one was very outdated and there were some issues with mould. He replaced the bathroom vanity unit, shower, bath and retiled. The work was to a high standard and came out exactly how I wanted. There was consistent communication throughout the project and have had no issues since. Prices were fair, too. Would highly recommend.
